We offer three types of payment programs: prepay, family approval and proof.

Prepay
Usually offered in the fall, prepay programs request that you pay for your package order on Portrait Day. If you were unaware of Portrait Day or forgot to send your payment, contact your local Lifetouch office as soon as possible for alternatives.

Family Approval
Usually offered in the spring, family approval programs allow you to preview your portraits before deciding whether to buy. Depending on your school, you have between five and ten days to return your money and any unpurchased portraits to your teacher.

Proof
This program provides you with a proof of your portraits and gives you between five and ten days to return a portrait order to your school.

Reorders
Reorder instructions are always included on the back of your portrait envelope or on an insert that accompanies your portraits. If you cannot find yours, contact your local Lifetouch office for assistance. Please keep in mind that Lifetouch portraits are copyright protected. Reprints must be made through our production facilities.
